JCP This album perfectly embodies the duality I live everyday of my life between cynical apathy and melodious enthusiasm. Favorite track: Nautical Operator.

foodandart Fantastic cool vibe, amazing melodies and the harmonizing is top flight. Too often solo artists get a monotonous sound, not so with Nautical Operator.. each tune is a different ride with nuances and layers. Highly recommend and would love to hear more.

wchapmanhale There are so many beautiful layers to each song on this album. Every sound is perfectly placed - nothing is extraneous. This album transports me to another place entirely. Favorite track: Snow.

The Sifter 04:50
And it happens over and over again The water tears away at the bend "Now wouldn't it be fun?" Said a man With a truncated thought of a plan Not a care in the world But lets just say there is Something I left out That I forgot to mention there's another dimension I forgot to mention there's another dimension And now it's another point of view The current's reversed and the erosion too Now what to make of this I don't know But it seems like a perpetual flow Borrowed time returns itself and starts again You thought you told me But you forgot to mention there's another dimension You forgot to mention there's another dimension I forgot to mention there's another dimension You forgot to mention there's another dimension

Psygnosis 05:52
Is this what other people see? I don't like it Just try to be part of the sea I can't hide it This all comes flowing out of me I correct it Find your way out of the debris I don't remember things being like this It's not the way that it used to be The days are falling right into an abyss While others still proceed to chase after me You'll find me staring at the ceiling fan With the rain beating down on the skylights My thoughts racing like the wind outside Think I'll wander off into the twilight And did you know there's a reason for this? I won't pretend I didn't know It's been a long time coming to this And I think it's just the start of the show About a thousand years from now Somebody's watch falls off into the ocean I think the temperature is dropping in here And it's putting everything in slow motion credits

Interceptor 04:41
Afloat in the ocean I look down below You ask me something Something I'll never know I found the answer But I don't understand Interceptor (You found a way into my mind) Interceptor (It shows at least that you're as kind) Interceptor (And all that's left is what is there) Interceptor (You found a way into my mind) (A way into my mind) A fork splits the road now Wish I could turn around And off in the distance Snow falls to the ground A flock of birds pass And I can't help but smile Interceptor (You found a way into my mind) Interceptor (It shows at least that you're as kind) Interceptor (And all that's left is what is there) Interceptor (You found a way into my mind) (A way into my mind) credits

Fissure 07:57
A hole in the fabric A rip in the static And no one seems to notice The hole in the fabric The rip in the static And no one seems to notice Turn the valves Push the buttons Set the clocks right Nothing you do will break the code Leaves reverse A boy trips on canvas And spills shades of gray A fissure opens up in the sky Not many people asking why I think I saw it passing through But then again I guess what's new? credits

In a deep, deep dream one night A man's mind molds a wooden boat He puts it in the water And expects that it will float The ship is only halfway complete He lacked supplies to make all the rest Surely he will sink fast But I wonder, Will he jump ship and fail the test? An island appears, Relieves his fears Of never making it back out of this place Or should he stay here and drown away, Just to ignore the people and their race? The island sounds like a better choice I'll make a life for myself out here And if I'm lucky, they'll never find me And my tracks will disappear Seems to good to be true though So there's gotta be a catch or a trick Maybe I'll figure it out Take a different route But for now I think I'll stick with my pick You always wonder what will happen to you, Maybe you focus on irrelevant things This island always will be waiting for you Just thank the future for it's kind offerings Stuck in the background Sail out again

Snow 04:38
Wait for your turn I've been here for days Torn pages burn Blown by the wind But return Cause we've lost our way Thoughts fade away Stars fill your eyes Snow falls from the skies
